Kelly brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience in fundraising, community partnerships, arts education and program development. Prior to joining the Olympia Education Foundation, she served as Executive Director of Allied Arts of Whatcom County, where she led regional education and community programs serving more than 50,000 people annually.

Throughout her career, Kelly has worked closely with schools, educators, nonprofits and community organizations to expand access to meaningful opportunities for students and families.
